In this role, you will take ownership of broker and brokerage relationships after launch, helping partners get more value from BizScout over time. Reporting directly to the VP, Head of Supply, you’ll partner cross-functionally with Engineering and other internal teams to improve partner performance, deepen integrations, and drive long-term marketplace supply.
Responsibilities
- Partner Lifecycle Ownership: Build and deepen relationships with signed broker and brokerage partners, from onboarding through ongoing account management.
- Integration Growth: Work with Engineering to technically integrate our systems with our broker partners' platforms, growing the number of partners with an active integration in place.
- Response-Time Management: Monitor and improve how quickly brokers respond to buyer inquiries.
- Partner Health Monitoring: Identify brokers who are not receiving sufficient marketplace activity, and work to correct it.
- Monetization & Adoption: Drive adoption of BizScout's paid tools, such as Sponsored Listings, across the partner base.
- Relationship Management: Run regular strategic reviews with key partners, and channel broker feedback to Engineering and Product to improve our broker tools.
- Churn Prevention: Manage broker escalations related to churn risk and involve leadership when needed to protect broker partner retention.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven relationship manager: experience in account management, partner success, or customer success.
- Technical coordination: comfortable coordinating with Engineering on integration projects, even without a deep technical background.
- Operational rigor: process-oriented and detail-driven; able to manage a growing portfolio of partners at once.
- Reporting fluency: comfortable owning pipeline and partner-status reporting, and communicating it clearly to leadership.
- Professional presence: sound judgment representing BizScout to brokers as a dependable, responsive partner.
