Buffer Prep Operator II

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform and train on all Buffer Prep Operator I responsibilities while demonstrating increased independence, consistency, and ownership in daily operations. (50%)

• Support advanced Buffer Prep processes, including column packing, resin preparation, and ABEC tank operations.

• Complete cycle counts and own continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S activities, ergonomic improvements, and other process improvement projects.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to read and write in English and do basic arithmetic.

• 2 years manufacturing experience

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Lifting and moving material and equipment of 50 lbs. or less. Working with large barrel dollies as needed and exhibiting safe practices.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Documentation experience in a GDP environment.

• Wearing PPE; up to and including hairnet, safety glasses, lab coat, gloves, and boot covers.

• 1 year in buffer prep manufacturing in a regulated environment preferred.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
