Responsibilities

NOW HIRING in the building maintenance department.

12-hour "A" shift working a 2-2-3 schedule 7am - 7pm.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and support all facility functions for the campus. Clean and stock all facility items at all locations on campus.
• Paint, mop, lift stock and inventory consumables used for facility maintenance. Ability to strip/wax floors using industrial power equipment.
• Test and log eye wash stations campus wide, monitor bathroom fixtures for working order, repair if necessary.
• Complete minor maintenance items throughout the campus when needed.
• Support local contractors when on-site for facility repairs.
• Ability to develop re-order list from inventory.
• Ability to climb a ladder work elevated when needed.
• Work alternate shifts for coverage as required.
• Ability to clean all areas and aspects of every facility on campus.

QUALIFICATIONS (must have):

HSD

2 years manufacturing or facility experience

QUALIFICATIONS (beneficial):

People person and detailed oriented.
