The Building Services Manager will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing the building services delivery strategy across multiple projects. The role focuses on ensuring technical quality, programme performance, and efficient collaboration between design, commercial, manufacturing, and site operations teams.
This is a leadership role suited to an experienced building services professional with strong mechanical knowledge and a background in complex commercial or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of building services projects from initial design review through to construction, commissioning, and handover. The successful candidate will coordinate internal teams including design, BIM, commercial, operations, and commissioning, while also liaising with external consultants and clients to ensure project requirements, regulatory standards, and programme milestones are achieved. Key responsibilities include defining project scope and delivery strategy, leading tender preparation and technical evaluations, monitoring progress and risks, driving value engineering opportunities, ensuring quality and compliance across all stages, and supporting both offsite manufacturing and onsite installation activities. The role also acts as the main building services interface for clients, hosts coordination meetings, prepares weekly project reports, and undertakes site visits to ensure installations align with design intent, contract requirements, and project schedules.
