Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, specializes in the management of complex public sector IT projects, including systems integration, informatics and analytics, solution implementation and program management. Our team helps lead clients through digital and information systems design, bringing expertise in a variety of areas ranging from software development, data science and security management to machine learning, cloud, and mobile development. Arηs Group was acquired by Accenture in July 2024. 

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team in one of the biggest European organisations.

Tasks:

• Model and document value chains, business processes, roles, capabilities, and data
• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements and user stories
• Support business experts and product owners in defining requirements
• Maintain and track requirements throughout the system lifecycle
• Translate business and user needs into business requirements specifications
• Map business goals, benefits, priorities, components, and system features
• Analyse existing systems and business capabilities
• Identify and evaluate solution options
• Support business case preparation and feasibility studies
• Contribute to solution design, testing, quality assurance, and change management
• Design, validate, and optimize business processes
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across business processes
• Coach business stakeholders on upcoming changes and process improvements
• Work with process owners to identify optimization opportunities
• Improve customer service, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency
• Communicate project objectives, business cases, requirements, and scope to stakeholders
• Perform quantitative process analysis, including cost-benefit and what-if scenarios
• Support organizational change management initiatives
• Implement process performance monitoring mechanisms
• Assist in developing strategic and tactical business plans
• Define transition roadmaps aligned with business architecture objectives

Qualifications

Knowledge and skills:

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of project experience relevant to the profile 
• Minimum English Language Proficiency: C1 (CEFR)
• Completed at least one full software solution lifecycle
• Knowledge of business process modelling using BPMN
• Experience in requirements gathering and user story elicitation/analysis
• Knowledge of modelling and analysis techniques using UML, including:
  • Capability Diagrams
  • Activity Diagrams
  • State Diagrams
  • Logical Data Models
• Proficient with modelling tools such as:
  • Sparx Enterprise Architect
  • ARIS Architect
  • Similar modelling tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills

Specific requirements

• Acted as Business Analyst (BA) on a large-scale ERP implementation project (duration >1 year and budget >€1M)
• Experience in analyzing business processes including:

  • Financial Management
  • Legal
  • HR
  • Project Management
• Experience in business analysis (and optionally system analysis) within the ServiceNow platform, including:
  • Custom/scoped applications
  • ITSM
  • Hardware Asset Management
  • CMDB
  • SecOps
  • Customer Service Management
  • Enterprise Asset Management
  • Strategic Portfolio Management
  • On-prem and cloud environments
• Holds at least one valid ServiceNow certification such as:
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Citizen Developer
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • Other relevant ServiceNow certifications

Required Certificates (At least 1 certification among):

• Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) or equivalent
• Certified UML Professional certification at Foundation level or equivalent
• BPM 2 Fundamental level certification or equivalent
• Other internationally recognized equivalent certifications (subject to acceptance by the Contracting Authority)
