Requirements

- Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and process documentation.
- Support process improvement initiatives and assist in analyzing opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper understanding of requirements and proposed solutions.
- Assist in process analysis and redesign efforts to improve operational performance.
- Maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and analysis outputs.
- Support project teams by ensuring alignment between business needs and operational implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, or related roles.
- Practical experience in **requirements gathering and process documentation **.
- Experience conducting **stakeholder interviews and workshops **.
- Familiarity with process analysis and operational improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and documentation platforms.
