About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Consultant who enjoys solving complex business challenges and transforming them into practical IT solutions. In this strategic consulting role, you'll work with clients across multiple industries, helping organizations improve processes, optimize operations, and successfully deliver digital transformation initiatives.

You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams while driving innovation in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders
• Perform gap analysis and process modeling
• Support implementation of digital transformation projects
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and Architects
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives
• Support testing, UAT, and change management activities
• Provide strategic advice to clients regarding business optimization

 

Qualifications

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Business Analysis experience
• HBO/WO Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience writing functional requirements and user stories
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or process modeling tools is preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
• Experience working in consultancy
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile Business Analysis
