Business Analyst

PLANET S.A. is looking for a Business Analyst to participate in consulting, business analysis, and digital transformation projects for public and/or private sector organizations.

The role involves supporting project teams in identifying business needs, analyzing processes, collecting and documenting requirements, and linking business needs with functional and/or technological solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the collection, analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirements.
• Map existing processes, workflows, and areas for improvement.
• Support the preparation of business requirements, functional specifications, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with project teams, technical teams, and client representatives to understand and clarify needs.
• Participate in workshops, working meetings, and presentations to clients/stakeholders.
• Monitor actions, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with the project team.
• Support the validation of proper requirements implementation and the quality assurance of deliverables.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in a Business Analyst role, or participation in business/digital improvement projects
• Good understanding of business processes and ability to analyze requirements
• Very good knowledge of requirements analysis methodologies and tools
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle
• Ability to draft professional documents, presentations, reports, and documentation
• Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Analytical thinking, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Very good communication skills and willingness to collaborate within project teams
