Analyze micro- and macro-trends across the esports industry and communicate relevant findings to teams across the organization.
Improve and iterate on existing processes using new tools and technologies, including AI.
Contribute to the strategic direction of major campaigns by identifying learnings from previous initiatives and translating them into actionable insights.
Advise teams on key measurement and target-setting exercises, including KPIs, CPMs, media value forecasts, deliverable targets, and campaign goals.
Assist in developing and maintaining internal data repositories and managing data cleanliness and flow.
What You’ll Need:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Management, Economics, or a related field.
1+ years of experience working in esports, gaming, streaming, or digital media.
Familiarity with data types and sources relevant to esports, including social media, streaming, and media value data.
Experience creating reports and presenting insights for executive, internal, and external partner audiences.
Strong knowledge of the gaming and esports ecosystem, including esports tournaments, streaming, social media, influencer marketing, and event management.
Ability to use AI tools, such as Claude or similar platforms, to create tools, scripts, or other solutions that automate or improve workflows.
Ability and willingness to learn new tools, platforms, APIs, and standards that support Team Liquid’s data ecosystem.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively depending on project needs.
You'll Earn Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with sponsorship measurement, including brand lift studies and media value measurement.
Experience using AI tools to develop efficient process solutions, including automation scripts and API-based workflows.
Familiarity with Team Liquid’s existing sponsors and the types of KPIs used to measure partnership performance.
Experience with Google Apps Script, Python, or Google Cloud.
Strong creative problem-solving skills, particularly when identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
Availability during US or EU business hours.
