Role Overview:
As part of Toters Fresh’s commitment to smart pricing and healthy margins, the Pricing & Margin Analyst will support the commercial team by monitoring product margins, analyzing market prices, and helping ensure our pricing remains competitive and profitable. This role will act as a bridge between category managers and market intelligence, providing regular insights and reports to support pricing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track product margins by category on a monthly basis
- Identify margin slippage or unusual trends and flag them to category managers
- Collect competitor pricing from the market (online and offline) regularly
- Provide price comparison reports and benchmarks to category managers
- Support in maintaining pricing competitiveness while protecting margins
- Generate and share pricing and margin performance dashboards and reports as needed
- Coordinate with category managers to ensure price updates align with market changes
- Propose corrective actions in collaboration with commercial and finance teams
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in pricing, finance, business analysis, or retail operations
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; knowledge of BI tools is a plus
- Attention to detail and understanding of retail margins
- Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and finance teams
- Strong communication and reporting skills
