If so, we're looking for a Business Analyst, Mobile Lab to join our team on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Work as part of a cross-functional tribe alongside Product Owners and Business Owners to gather, document, and validate requirements for new and enhanced products

• Analyze business processes, customer journeys, and market trends to support product design and decision-making.

• Translate high-level concepts into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for delivery teams

• Work with development, UX, compliance, IT and operations teams to ensure requirements are understood, feasible, and aligned with business priorities

• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

• Identify dependencies, risks, and impacts across products, systems, and teams

• Contribute to regulatory and risk assessments for financial products

• Produce clear documentation, business cases, and reporting for stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business and/or system analysis across projects or ongoing change initiatives.

• Experience in financial services, customer-facing digital projects, or retail banking is an advantage

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

• Solid computer literacy, including hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, strong organizational skills, initiative, and resilience under pressure.
