Key Tasks
- Requirement definition: Design the “To-Be” process based on “As-Is” inputs, ensuring alignment with multiple stakeholders.
- Task planning: Develop and manage on-ground schedules for compliance user tasks.
- Vendor communication: Translate business requirements effectively to both IT teams and external vendors.
- Stakeholder engagement: Provide clear explanations to branches and head office regarding the new system and updated workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of three years’ hands-on experience in a banking environment, with expertise in the FIRCO system and AML transaction screening.
- Business-level proficiency in English, with strong skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proven ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as a team player.
- Experience working with or coordinating alongside Japanese companies, which will be advantageous for stakeholder engagement.
