Business Applications Specialist

We’re seeking a Business Applications Specialist to lead the development and optimization of critical business systems ERP, WMS, Power Apps, and more. If you understand operational workflows in Finance and Warehouse management alongside with system architecture and can turn organizational needs into impactful solutions, this is your opportunity!

What You Will Do

• Ensure smooth operation, maintenance and updates of ERP, WMS, and related business applications,
• Analyze requirements and propose solutions to enhance processes and efficiency,
• Support the ongoing improvement of business applications roadmap,
• Document and analyze business processes, identify improvement areas,
• Collaborate across departments to ensure data consistency and effective system usage,
• Oversee the development of Power Apps internally and/or with vendors,
• Collaborate with vendors for application implementations and support,
• Monitor deliverables, timelines, and budgets; track KPIs,
• Act as key contact for business application issues and support them accordingly,
• Coordinate with colleagues on infrastructure, security, and access.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Sales, Purchases, Order Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse),
• Strong hands-on experience of ERP and WMS architecture and functionality especially in Dynamics 365 Business Central,
• Ability to translate business requirements into specifications,
• Excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills,
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Mantis LVS/Aberon, Power Platform, Dataverse, and basic programming are a plus,
• Understanding of modern app stack fundamentals (Server-side, HTTP, APIs, Front-end technologies, MCP etc.),
• 5+ years in ERP and WMS solution design & implementation, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem.
