Business Continuity Management (BCM) Admin Intern

• Assist in updating and maintaining risk registers, compliance tracking, and policy documentation.
• Support preparation of RCMC/BRCC reporting materials and data compilation.
• Assist in updating BIA & BCP documentation and maintaining BCM monitoring.
• Support documentation of BCM testing, simulation, and awareness activities.
• Maintain document version control and filing (softcopy & tracker).
• Assist in training, regulatory monitoring and follow-up tracking of action items.
• Assist in strategic Group project as well as Linknet initiative. E.g. AI (Chatbot), Automation (Dashboard), BU Alert Monitoring.

Requirements

• Final year student or fresh graduate from Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Communication, Law.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and documentation skills, detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to maintain confidentiality.
• Willing to work on-site in **BSD, Tangerang **.
