We are seeking a motivated fresher to join our Business Development team as a Pre-sales Associate. In this entry-level role, you will support the sales cycle by researching prospects, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and assisting in client demos. This is a great opportunity to learn sales strategies, client engagement, and business tools while working alongside experienced professionals.
 

Key Responsibilities:

●      Qualify leads by initial outreach via calls, emails, and social media to understand client needs.

●      Assist in scheduling demos, client meetings, and follow-ups to support the sales team.

●      Track leads and opportunities in CRM systems.

●      Collaboration with product team and team lead to gather information for client queries.

●      Participate in team meetings to learn sales techniques and market trends.

●      Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and outreach.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
• Only 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates are eligible to apply.
• Freshers only – candidates who are passionate about starting and building a career in Business Development.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Enthusiastic, proactive learner with excellent time management and a results-driven mindset.
• No prior work experience required – comprehensive training will be provided.
• Comfortable working with the international (US) market.
• Willing to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
