The Role:

In this role, you would be working with the Corporate Sales Team - Priority Services, acquiring and onboarding new customers to enhance our established corporate portfolio further, ensuring that our customers are successful and continue to subscribe to our product suite.


What you will be doing:

  • Initiate outreach to prospective clients by effectively communicating the value of Get Licensed’s solutions to drive revenue growth and onboard them into the corporate portfolio.
  • Convert new sales leads into high-value business accounts, consistently maximizing their potential and contributing to portfolio expansion.
  • Re-establish and nurture corporate relationships to foster long-term growth and brand loyalty.
  • Ensure customer engagement and retention by conducting regular check-ins, resolving concerns proactively, and promoting best practices for business success.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and customer experience to identify product gaps and collaborate with internal teams on enhancements that drive growth.
  • Deliver tailored training and staffing solutions post-sale, providing dedicated account management to ensure long-term client success and satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback regularly, sharing insights with product and operations teams to improve offerings and overall service delivery.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to anticipate needs, strengthen relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage and resolve client issues promptly, preserving customer trust and upholding the company’s reputation for service excellence.


What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in Business Development and Account Management
  • Value & Sales Output Driven
  • Flexible, able to embrace change, good at multitasking, time management, meeting deadlines
  • Take ownership and responsibility for issues and commit to efficient and effective resolutions
  • Great written and verbal English - great communication skills and professional manner
  • Outstanding email communication skills and ability to convey information and updates concisely and effectively
