WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to support our Business Development teams. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment while contributing to exciting projects that shape the future of battery recycling.


WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Your responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and optimization of new business models related to battery recycling.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development strategies.

  • Support the pricing strategy by analyzing costs, market data, and customer feedback to propose competitive pricing models.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales, to gather insights and ensure alignment on product offerings.

  • Participate in business development initiatives, including identifying potential partners and stakeholders for collaboration, and develop proper marketing activities.

  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to the team.

  • Engage in various tasks to support the overall business development process, including outreach to potential clients and partners.


Your profile

What you need to succeed

  • Experience in business development, sales and marketing departments, preferred in a startup or consulting environment.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in business development and market dynamics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage tasks.

  • A passion for sustainability and a genuine interest in the recycling and clean tech sectors.

  • Fluent business English and German skills
