About this role
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and structure strategic partnerships and alliances.
2. Support the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to negotiation to launch.
3. Build and maintain relationships with fintech, payments, and ecosystem partners.
Deal Origination & Negotiation
1. Source and qualify new business and enterprise opportunities.
2. Support commercial negotiations, contracts, and reseller/integration agreements.
3. Develop business cases, pricing structures, and financial models to support deals.
Market & Ecosystem Development
1. Map the retail, SaaS, and payments landscape to surface new growth levers.
2. Represent Rewaa with partners, government programs, and Vision 2030 initiatives.
3. Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
1. Partner with teams across the company, including Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Enterprise, to align partnerships with company strategy.
2. Coordinate with Enterprise teams to hand off and support key accounts.
3. Prepare leadership-level pitch decks and proposals.
Execution & Reporting
1. Build pipeline, track progress, and report on BD performance against targets.
2. Standardize and document partnership and deal processes.
Qualifications
2. 3–5 years of business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales experience.
3. Experience in a SaaS, fintech, or payments company is mandatory.
4. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and financial modeling skills.
5. Deep familiarity with the Saudi fintech/payments and retail ecosystem.
6. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills (Arabic and English).
