👤 About the role

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our network of bookkeeping and accounting firms. You'll bring on new firms across the Netherlands and make sure they actively recommend GoDutch to their clients. You own the full cycle, from first conversation to a firm that consistently brings in new accounts. This is our biggest growth engine, and you're the one building it.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years in sales, partnerships or business development (B2B).

• A proven track record of winning new clients or partners (accountants and bookkeepers).

• A strong communicator with a natural talent for storytelling.

• Excellent command of Dutch (native level).

Nice to have:

• An existing network among bookkeepers, accountants or in finance.

• Experience with partnerships or channel sales.

• Experience at a fast-growing start-up or scale-up.

• A demonstrable record of performing above target.

• You bring on new bookkeeping and accounting firms across the Netherlands.

• You run the full cycle, from first conversation and pitch to an active, referring firm.

• You keep your pipeline and firms tightly maintained in Attio.

• You build out your portfolio and generate more and more accounts from it.
