Responsibilities:
Actively develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing B2B clients in Lithuania and international markets;
Analyze market needs and provide recommendations regarding product improvements and pricing strategies;
Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contract terms and conditions;
Participate in the development of the company’s sales strategy;
Achieve established sales targets (KPIs, OKRs);
Work with CRM systems (maintaining client data and recording sales activities);

Collaborate with production, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients;
Requirements:
At least 1–2 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within manufacturing or the metal industry;

Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills;
Ability to plan and organize work effectively while utilizing CRM systems and other sales tools;
