Responsibilities:

  • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contract terms and conditions;

  • Participate in the development of the company’s sales strategy;

  • Achieve established sales targets (KPIs, OKRs);

  • Work with CRM systems (maintaining client data and recording sales activities);

  • Collaborate with production, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients;

Requirements:

  • At least 1–2 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within manufacturing or the metal industry;

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills;

  • Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills;

  • Ability to plan and organize work effectively while utilizing CRM systems and other sales tools;

  • Results-oriented mindset, independence, and accountability;
