Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and sponsorships to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and aligning them with our offerings.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy, including attendee acquisition, sponsorship packages, and promotional activities.
• Take full ownership of projects and initiatives, from inception to execution, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, legal, and finance to achieve collective goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies in the web3, AI and fintech space.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Strong understanding and passion for web3/crypto space – AI is a plus.
• Existing network within the crypto industry or AI is advantageous.
