The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a growing outsourcing and offshore staffing provider seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client growth across Australia.
This is a true new-business role for someone with experience selling outsourcing, BPO, offshore staffing, recruitment, labour hire, RPO, IT services, managed services, or other consultative service-based solutions.
You’ll build your own pipeline, manage the full sales cycle, and win new clients across a range of industries.
The business provides offshore staffing solutions across areas including development, accounting, estimating, call centre support, administration, and other specialist roles.
Experience selling into professional associations, industry bodies, or member-based organisations would be particularly valuable.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
Running discovery conversations with business owners and senior decision-makers
Preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals
Understanding client workforce and resourcing needs
Positioning offshore staffing solutions as practical, commercially valuable options
Building relationships with associations and industry networks where relevant
Working with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure smooth client handover
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of business development experience
Proven experience generating leads and closing new business
Background in outsourcing, BPO, offshore staffing, recruitment, labour hire, RPO, IT services, managed services, or similar
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Confidence managing the full sales cycle independently
Experience selling to associations, industry bodies, or member-based organisations would be highly regarded
Recruitment or staffing sales experience would also be valuable
Full Australian working rights
Location & Package
Sydney-based, hybrid role with at least three days per week in the office.
Competitive base salary, depending on experience.
