What You Will Be Doing

• Develop new business opportunitiesand build a strong pipeline of residential new-build and refurbishment projects.

• Build relationships withTGA planners, project developers, housing associations, housing cooperatives.

• Influence projects early in the planning and specification phaseto secure Wavin solutions.

• PositionWavin as a trusted partnerfor Indoor Climate Solutions and sustainable building projects.

• Drivespecification activitiesand support projects through implementation.

• Identifymarket trends, investment plans, and growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Product Management, and Marketing teams to convert opportunities intolong-term business growth.

Who You Are

• Proven experience inBusiness Development, Key Account Management, Project Sales, or Specification Saleswithin HVAC, building services, indoor climate, or related technical markets.

• Strongnetwork within the German market, particularly amongTGA planners, project developers, housing associations.

• Strong commercial mindset with atrack record of creating and winning new business opportunities.

• Skilled atbuilding trust, developing long-term relationships, and influencing multiple stakeholders.

• Able to translatecustomer challenges into practical, value-driven solutions.

• Fluent inGerman, with good English communication skills.
