This is a sales role focused on new business acquisition, and requires a proven track record in the IT and AV industry
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue and close new business with Japanese and global staffing companies that are expanding in Japan and APAC and require multilingual engineers and or global companies entering or expanding in Japan.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with systemsGo’s growth goals.
- Represent systemsGo’s full IT/AV service portfolio including installations, managed services, onsite support and project delivery.
- Expand systemsGo’s ecosystem through partnerships with BPOs, MSPs, vendors, chambers and industry associations.
- Provide accurate forecasting, maintain CRM discipline and coordinate handovers with delivery teams.
- Strengthen systemsGo’s credibility and market presence in Japan’s IT/AV community.
- Develop and propose innovative BDM/marketing ideas and activities.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitive offering, and customer needs.
- Create targeted sales materials to support business development initiatives.
Success Indicators
- Consistent achievement of new revenue targets.
- Acquisition of new multinational clients and strategic accounts.
- Expansion of key partner relationships and industry visibility.
- Effective collaboration with APAC sales, marketing and delivery teams.
- Strengthening systemsGo’s position as the preferred IT/AV partner in APAC.
Qualifications:
- Fluent Japanese and English required.
- Strong ability to independently build and grow a revenue pipeline.
- Self-starter with ambition, discipline and accountability.
- minimum 3 years of experience in the IT and AV industry, with a focus on service-based sales.
- Demonstrated new business development success, including meeting or exceeding annual targets.
- Familiarity with business process outsourcing and established relationships with BPO/MSP stakeholders.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and relationship-building abilities.
