About the Role

As a Business Development Manager – NetApp, you will be responsible for growing the NetApp business in Hungary. Working closely with NetApp, partners, and internal teams, you will develop new business opportunities, strengthen partner relationships, and drive sales growth across the NetApp portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys business development, partner management, and strategic sales and has a good understanding of the IT infrastructure market.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute business growth plans for the NetApp portfolio in Hungary.
• Build and manage strong relationships with NetApp, partners, resellers, and key customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and drive pipeline growth.
• Support partners with solution positioning, sales activities, and business planning.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to increase market awareness and demand.
• Monitor pipeline, revenue, forecasts, and business performance to achieve growth targets.
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience in business development, sales, channel management, or partner management within the IT industry.
• Good understanding of storage, data infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise IT solutions; experience with NetApp or similar technologies is an advantage.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with sales targets, forecasts, pipelines, and business plans.
• Fluent Hungarian and English.
