AI Summary
A Junior Business Development & Operations Associate supports client-facing logistics, meeting coordination, and internal operations for a digital asset infrastructure company working with tokenized real-world assets. About this role
We are supporting a fast-growing digital asset infrastructure company focused on the tokenisation and liquidity of real-world assets (RWA), including private credit and fund-based products.

As a Junior BD & Operations Associate, you will support senior team members by handling client-facing logistics, follow-ups, coordination, and internal business operations, while gradually building exposure to institutional sales processes and capital markets.
