Drive new business opportunities through strategic partnerships that support Maxis’ growth, expand its ecosystem and create value for our customers.
What are you accountable for?
Identify and develop new partnership opportunities by understanding market trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape.
Build and evaluate business opportunities with potential partners, including the value proposition, commercial model and business case.
Develop and present partnership proposals to internal stakeholders and prospective partners.
Lead commercial discussions and negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
Work with cross-functional teams across product, technology, sales, finance and legal to bring partnerships from concept to execution.
Manage key partner relationships, ensuring strong engagement, alignment and ongoing collaboration.
Track partnership performance against agreed business objectives, KPIs and financial targets, and identify opportunities to improve or grow the partnership.
Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and develop new revenue streams for Maxis.
Keep up to date with industry developments, emerging technologies and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for Maxis.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, commercial or related roles.
Experience in technology, telecommunications, digital services or a related industry is preferred.
Strong commercial and business acumen, with experience developing business cases and partnership models.
Proven experience in negotiation and managing external partners.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple functions.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both senior internal stakeholders and external partners.
Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to assess opportunities, financials and business impact.
