Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
The main purpose of this role is to help manage and scale the GoTyme Bank Loan Channeling Program, working directly alongside the Senior Manager to manage loan channeling partnerships end-to-end. The incumbent will build and maintain the core operational processes that govern the program, ensuring that the entire program ecosystem can be seamlessly run, optimized, and expanded without the Senior Manager being the sole point of execution.
- Partnership Execution & Workstream Management: Immediately absorb and drive day-to-day execution across key partnership workstreams (including the upcoming Tala mid-July 2026 launch and JuanHand mid-August 2026 launch). Track legal issues, document schedules and processes, coordinate with partner teams, and manage internal stakeholder follow-ups.
- Process Documentation & Governance: Own the comprehensive process documentation function for the Loan Channeling Program. Build, maintain, and continuously update End-to-End (E2E) process flows, operational guidelines, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and screening workflows, and robust program governance materials to support institutional scaling.
- Operational Program Scaling: Serve as the primary operational point of contact with active loan channeling partners, establishing operational decentralized mechanics that free the Senior Manager to focus on strategic decisions, partner escalations, and new partnership development.
- Partner Onboarding & Infrastructure Setup: Support the end-to-end onboarding of 1–2 additional loan channeling partners targeted for launch before the end of 2026, ensuring each new partnership has the operational infrastructure and documentation securely in place prior to go-live dates.
- Post-Pilot Expansion & Stack Migration: Support post-pilot stabilization activities, including facilitating the technical transition from SAVii infrastructure to GoTyme's proprietary technology stack, alongside managing critical regulatory and compliance workstreams tied directly to program expansion.
Qualifications: Skills & Experience
- Experience: 4–6 years of solid professional experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Financial Services / Fintech environments.
- Core Competencies: Demonstrated ability to independently lead and manage complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams under tight, critical timelines; strong capability in establishing decentralized operational governance.
- Technical Knowledge: Advanced mapping skills for E2E process charting, deep understanding of banking or fintech operational guidelines, CDD/screening workflows, compliance frameworks, and legal tracking.
