This is an onsite role at our office in Philadelphia, where you’ll be working directly with other salespeople and the CEO, who is heading the build-out of our Philly sales office.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities.
Utilize various tools and platforms, including cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other outbound tactics to identify and engage potential clients.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the account executives.
Maintain a high volume of daily outreach activities.
Collaborate with the team to align outbound efforts with inbound marketing strategies.
Track and report on all sales activities and results using our CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our company's services.
Requirements
A technical understanding of software development, whether through past career experience or your own side projects – we’re looking for people who have opened up a terminal and written code.
Ideally, in Philadelphia proper, but the surrounding suburbs are OK as well if you’re willing to commute into the city.
Ability to use data in decision-making.
Fast learner, motivated to earn money, and growth-oriented.
Outgoing, good with people, and able to think on your feet.
Able to learn and pick up new software tools quickly.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Good at time management and organization.
