What you’ll do
Drive pipeline by prospecting into key accounts via email, calls, and LinkedIn
Craft personalized outreach to high-priority leads through research-driven targeting
Communicate Fal’s value proposition and act as a brand ambassador
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging based on market feedback
Stay informed on AI/ML trends to engage in relevant, technical conversations
You’ll thrive in this role if you
Have 1–3 years of experience in a customer facing role, especially in fast-moving tech environments such as AI and SaaS
Track history or being able to engage with technical stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you are always “on”
Know how to move fast and iterate
Familiarity with the latest CRM systems and sales engagement tools
Bonus: you’re familiar with AI, dev tools, or creative communities and love staying at the edge of what's possible
Compensation
$100,000 - $130,000 OTE (80/20)+ equity + comprehensive benefits package
