The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly driven and resilient Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This is a high-impact, outbound-focused role where success is measured by your ability to generate new business opportunities through proactive reach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own top-of-funnel activity by generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Execute high-volume cold calling, alongside email and LinkedIn outreach, to engage prospective clients
- Identify and qualify decision-makers, uncover needs, and position our services effectively
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the sales team
- Build, manage, and continuously develop a robust pipeline of new business leads
- Handle objections confidently and persistently to progress conversations
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs and lead generation targets
Key Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years of B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Proven track record of generating leads through high-volume outreach
- Confidence in speaking with senior decision-makers and navigating gatekeepers
- Strong objection-handling skills and ability to secure next steps
- Experience using CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) to manage pipeline activity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly resilient, tenacious, and self-motivated
- Proactive mindset with the ability to think quickly and adapt in conversations
- Comfortable with rejection and driven by targets and performance
