About the Role:
Are you analytical, data-driven, and energized by outbound sales? Do you enjoy identifying the right prospects, engaging them with relevance, and consistently creating pipeline?
We’re looking for a self-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Hevo’s Inside Sales team. This role is critical to building a strong outbound engine and directly contributing to pipeline and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, research, and prioritize high-quality prospects through outbound channels.
  • Own your account list and drive engagement through calls, highly personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify outbound leads and convert them into meaningful sales conversations.
  • Position Hevo as a comprehensive solution for data integration and real-time data pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Global Operations, and Solutions Engineering teams to execute aligned go-to-market initiatives.
  • Consistently track, manage, and deliver against defined activity and pipeline metrics.
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of experience in outbound prospecting for the US market.
  • Prior experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach.
  • High ownership mindset with the resilience to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Hands-on experience executing an outbound-led demand generation playbook.
