The Role.

Let’smakemoves! We are looking for aBusiness Development Specialisttojoin the Revolutionandcreatea meaningful and collaborative lending experience for our customers. As aBusiness Development Specialistat Revolution Mortgage,you’llhelp create new business opportunities forloan originators and drivesales revenue throughnew loan originations.Thisoutside salesrole will require strongnetworking, communication, sales,andmarketing skills.

Whatyou’llbe doing.

• Create and develop plans for LO’s to connect with referral partners

• Qualify, nurture, and follow up with potentialreferral partners

• Create opportunities for LO’s to meet with realtors and other strategic referral partners through office events, appointments, and networking events

• Demonstrate, communicate, present, andengage with key decision makers andbranch team members

• Leverage existingpersonal and businessnetworkstoidentifypotentialbusinessopportunitiesspecifically around realtor and builderrelationships

• Maintain and service referral partners

• Manage an allotted monthly expense budget focused on events and marketing activities to drive realtor and loan officer engagement.

Whatwe arelookingfor.

• 3+ years in sales or business development

• ExcellentOral, written, and visual presentation and communication skillsrequired

• Ability to workand contributetoa high performing team environment

• Sales oriented mindset

• Ability to travel, attend meetings offsite, andwork outside of standard business hours asrequired
