Business Development Specialist

• Present and promote offerings using solid arguments to existing and prospective sponsors.

• Arrange and conduct meetings with new and existing sponsors.

• Prepare presentations to promote new products and special deals.

• Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

• Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls, and direct visits.

• Achieve assigned sponsorship targets.

• Act as the account manager for sponsors before, during, and after events, ensuring smooth communication and high satisfaction.

• Provide the direct manager with reports on sponsors’ needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products or services.

• Perform any other related tasks assigned within the Business Development Department.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations efficiently.
• Patience, attention to detail, and a user-focused mindset.
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
