Business Head

The Business Head – Technology Business will be responsible for leading and driving the overall technology business strategy, sales growth, channel expansion, profitability, and market development across Iraq. The role requires strong leadership in managing distribution operations, channel partnerships, key accounts, and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and strengthen the company’s position within the premium technology ecosystem.

The incumbent will work closely with global vendors, channel partners, retailers, enterprise customers, and internal stakeholders to develop strategic growth initiatives, maximize market penetration, and ensure sustainable business performance.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

• Strong leadership experience in business management, sales leadership, or channel distribution within the technology or consumer electronics industry

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability

• Strong understanding of distribution business models, channel ecosystems, and partner management

• Experience managing premium technology brands or connected device ecosystems is highly preferred

• Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence

• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making capabilities

• Experience working with enterprise, retail, and channel partners across Iraq

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven, and dynamic business environment

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or

related field
