CCC Lead
The role of CCC Lead is part of the Channel Communications Team. This team is responsible for facilitating channel communication with selected partners in Iraq. The role involves driving planning, execution, and analysis of partner activities and promotions, while ensuring long-term planning with key partners in Iraq.
Digital marketing experience is required.
The person will manage one-to-one relationships with key partners across Iraq and will be responsible for the management and execution of channel marketing activities in collaboration with sales and the brand team.
They will develop and maintain relationships with partners, working closely to establish mid- to C-level alignment on long-term and quarterly marketing plans.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate extensively across internal and external teams, including retailers and media content providers
• Drive planning and creative execution of brand and partner-led communications and experiences (product launches, refreshes, campaign extensions) in channel, ensuring on-time delivery, seamless execution, and continuous learning and insights
• Work to constantly improve partners’ marketing efforts with a data-driven analytical approach, considering ROI analysis, A/B testing, base management, and transactional CRM
• Guide partners to build online capabilities that enhance the omnichannel experience and drive sales
• Manage the quarterly investment process from budget and execution to ROI analysis, in close collaboration with finance and the sales team
• Educate partners on brand marketing assets, communication guidelines, and product launch standards
• Present marketing activities to senior management, leadership teams, and finance stakeholders to secure budget allocation and evaluate results
• Build quarterly and annual marketing plans with key partners, ensuring all communication initiatives align with overall sales strategies and business priorities
• Support partners in managing and optimizing customer relationships using CRM systems and tools
• Develop comprehensive campaign strategies and media plans outlining budget, timelines, and distribution channels
• Collaborate with media buyers to negotiate and secure cost-effective advertising placements
