Business Intelligence Manager
AI Summary
Manages business intelligence for three software brands, turning internal performance, customer and market data into commercial recommendations and dashboards for leadership, working across sales, marketing and revenue funnels.
About this role
We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to turn market, customer, competitor and performance data into commercial intelligence, to improve the commercial decisions across all three brands: Cookie Information, Piwik PRO, and Sheltr. This role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps).
We are open to on-site, hybrid, and remote working within two time zones of our offices (CET).
About Us
Our group brings together three European software brands that help organisations earn and use data with trust: Cookie Information for consent management; Piwik PRO for privacy-by-design analytics and data activation; and Sheltr for reliably finding personal data in internal data sources.
Headquartered in Copenhagen with an office in Wrocław, our team of 180 people have been building trusted data solutions since 2011. We work with companies and marketing teams across various industries that take control of their data model, including some of the most data-sensitive clients in healthcare, finance, energy & utilities, and the public sector. We are proud that our clients rely on us to meet GDPR and EU data residency requirements across EMEA and the US, as this regulatory depth is hard to build and replicate. We believe compliance and performance are not opposites. Consented data, auditable analytics and full visibility of personal data belong to one data journey; together they form a foundation that marketing, IT, legal and the C-level can rely on.
Our journey is to move from a regulation-driven house of brands to one unified company with a clear point of view. We are creating a new category around this complete data journey, and together we are building an enterprise-ready, data-driven revenue engine led by thought leadership. Want to join us on this journey? Keep reading to find out how you can help shape this with us.
The Role
In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth across Cookie Information, Piwik PRO, and Sheltr by turning internal performance metrics, customer insights, and market trends into actionable strategic guidance for leadership.
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Synthesising internal data, win/loss research, and 1–3 year competitor/market trends to deliver strategic recommendations.
- Building and own commercial dashboards across sales, marketing, and revenue funnels.
- Partnering with data, marketing, and AI teams to maintain robust tracking, data models, and data warehouse extraction.
- Leveraging AI-enabled analytics paired with rigorous human validation to support executive planning cycles.

- Proven record of insight-led recommendations with commercial impact.
- AI & automation acumen.
- Fluency in English (C2).
Nice-to-haves:
- Privacy, consent or analytics market knowledge.
- Multi-brand / multi-market environment exposure.
- Experience commissioning research agencies.
- Knowledge of Python.
What we offer
- The opportunity for you to shape the future growth of the company.
- An interesting mix of internal data, market and customer research.
- AI-first analytics with a real freedom to build.
- Professional development budget, health insurance, and other benefits.
- A positive, informal workplace.
