Business Management Analyst

Required Experience:

• 3 years of experience providing support in the delivery of integrated programmatic, operational, and analytical services to CISA Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED)-governed councils, advisory entities, committees, workgroups, and stakeholder engagement frameworks in accordance with the FACA, DHS Directive 093-01, General Records Schedule 6.2, and other applicable statutes, regulations, and policies.
• Capable of planning and supporting unclassified meetings (approximately 500 meetings per year)—including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and notetaking.
• Ability to support the initial development of meeting agendas, pre-reads, briefing materials, and meeting documentation by leveraging collaboration and version control to ensure accuracy and accessibility for other members of the team.
• Accustomed to tracking and supporting closure of recommendations, action items, and implementation activities using task management software and performance tracking dashboards (minimally Microsoft Office Suite products) to monitor progress and ensure accountability.
• Experience developing and delivering action item/recommendation tracking reports.
• Demonstrated track record of producing research products on critical infrastructure, cyber and physical security policy, threats, risks, and related issues.
• Proactively track the status of project deliverables, recommendations, and action items using systematic protocols and documentation standards.
• Leverage analytical and project management support tools such as PowerBI and Microsoft Project, to develop products and analysis such as project schedules, GANTT charts, flow charts, pivot tables, projections and forecasting, etc.
• Effectively monitor, research, and track advisory committee recommendations; produce progress updates, reports, and annual summaries in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
