tojoin our Products & Retailing team. In this role you willcontributetoFinnair’scommercial strategybymanaging selectedinflight relatedancillaryservicecategoriesincludingseats, food &beverageand internet access.You willbe part oftheProducts & Retailingteamdeveloping customer needsdrivencommercialofferingthat maximizesFinnair’s revenue and profitability.

In this role, you willbe responsible forthegeneral management of selectedancillaryservices.You will contribute toourcommercialretailingstrategy creation and implementation together with the team andwillbe responsible forcreating business plansforyour owncategories. You will driveinnovation, steerretailingdevelopmentand lead business development from ideas to commercial products.

You willmonitorbusinessperformance andcustomer experience andinitiate actions incollaboration with stakeholderstooptimizethe profitability of total offering.You will work closely with teams across Customer and Revenue units, Digital and Operations including Inflight experience and Finnair Kitchen.

To achieve this,youwillbe creatinginsights on customers andthebusiness to support decisionmaking by:

  • Analyzingbusiness performance, business opportunities,competitors,and markets.

  • Modelingcustomerneeds andbehavior (e.g.,willingness to pay).

  • Developing and followingKPIs to steerofferoptimization.

  • Creating business cases and financial forecasts.

  • Applying customer segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance relevance and impact.

  • Utilizing customer data and journey mapping toidentifyopportunities.

  • Innovatingand developingbusiness ideas by co-creating with customers and stakeholders.

To succeedinthisrole, we are looking for someonewho has:

  • Commercialmindset with competence in interpreting complex business problems using data.

  • Ability to createbusinessanalysesand-casesandbuildinganunderstandingofconsumer needs.

  • Experienceinstrategy,portfolioand/or product management.

  • Experienceof digital service creation and development in digital environment.

  • Ability to cut through complexity toidentifyhigh impact opportunities andfindsimple solutions.

  • Goodsocial andcross-organizationalleadershipskills.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellentcommunication and presentation skillsin English, other languages are considered an asset.

  • Master’sdegreeinrelevant field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years’experienceinproduct/businessmanagement,businessdevelopmentorsimilarroles,preferablyin consumer business environment.

  • Past experiencein aviation,revenue managementor digitaldevelopment isconsidered as an advantage.
