Job Responsibilities

1. Design and optimize the company’s operating model, including org structure, processes, and cross-team alignment.

2. Lead PMO, program management, and transformation initiatives to ensure execution, delivery, and operational excellence.

3. Build and drive data-driven decision-making through dashboards, KPIs, and scalable operational systems.

4. Partner closely with the CEO to translate strategy into execution and systematize business growth across global teams.

Requirements

• Experience in tech-enabled, fast-paced environments (e.g., e-commerce, scale-ups).

• The ability to simplify complexity, align stakeholders, and drive accountability.
