Purpose of the Role
Provide operational support to the Bosch Mobility UK business by coordinating site operations, supplier and contractor activities, and supporting central business functions. The role offers a broad introduction to business operations, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement while developing the skills and experience needed for a successful future career.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Operations, Supplier & Contractor Management
• Support the day-to-day operation of the BWTC site.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
• Raise purchase orders and support invoice processing.
• Manage contractor administration and documentation.
• Coordinate visitor management activities.
• Coordinate resolution of facilities and meeting room issues.
• Maintain action trackers and ensure follow-up of site activities.

Business Support

• Support PA to EVP and central function activities across BBM UK.
• Assist with reporting, presentations, communications, and meeting coordination.
• Support internal events, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Continuous Improvement & Digitalisation
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with AI, automation, and digitalisation projects.
• Help develop dashboards, reporting, and business insights.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile

• Undergraduate seeking a 12-month industrial placement.
• Studying Business, Management, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Interest in business operations, project coordination, and continuous improvement.
• Interest in AI and digital technologies desirable but not essential.

Additional Information

This is a 12-month internship beginning in July 2027. This position is open to undergraduate students who are eligible to partake in a work placement as part of their university course.

Location: you will be based at the Nuneaton office.

As an Intern at Bosch, you will participate in an exclusive learning and development programme called the BUILD Programme designed to support you through your internship journey. It includes a mixture of in-person and virtual sessions on topics including Effective Communication and Leading Myself provided by expert external trainers.

Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.

You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
