Responsibilities:

·Document the current LC(letter of credit ) issuance process from a holistic perspective

·Collaborate with business and IT teams to document to-be workflows on LC origination/processing and develop SIR(system interface req) for integration of LC system (Ibsnet) with other systems eg. Docusign

·Develop, manage and implement the change management that will need to occurs between the business stakeholders impacted by the process change
