Required Skills:

·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, systems analysis or a related study.

·3+ years of comprehensive JIRA Cloud experience.

·2+ years of JIRA Cloud migration experience.

·2+ years of comprehensive JIRA Cloud configuration experience.

·2+ years of experience in data cleansing and data refinement of plain text files.

·2+ years of experience in data mapping and data conversion efforts.

·1+ years of Rational ClearQuest experience.

·1+ years of Rational Quality Manager experience.

·Proven ability to conduct meetings and gather comprehensive requirements.

·Proven ability to produce clear, concise and high quality documentation.

·Proven ability to layout user interface for ease of use and simplicity without compromising functionality

·Clear written and verbal English communication skills.

·Proven ability to prepare clear, concise, comprehensive and high quality training material and train small teams of users.

·Proven ability to meet the requirements of the project and timelines.\

·Proven ability to quickly address issues during project

Desired Skills:

· Experience with Linux or Windows (Powershell) scripting tools.

· Ability to meet changing requirements and adapt in an Agile environment.
