Business Training Specialist Why Join Imagine being part of a team that empowers OCBC employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. As a Business Training Specialist, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about learning and development. How you succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to understand the business needs of OCBC and design training programs that address those needs. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify training gaps and develop solutions that drive business outcomes. Your ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective training solutions will be critical to your success. What you do - Design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of OCBC employees - Conduct needs analysis to identify training gaps and develop solutions that drive business outcomes - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop training content and materials - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement - Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with business objectives Who you are - A degree in a relevant field, such as education, training, or business - At least 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a banking or financial services environment - Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
