C# / Delphi Software Developer

Software Developer

Work with other engineers, developers, architects, QA, system engineers and product managers in solving new and existing technical issues
Understand requirements, implement designs, provide administration tools and documentation for specific projects
Develop in Delphi VCL and C#.net environment, developing web and client server applications. C, C++ experience is a plus.
Participate in Design and Code Reviews
Follow and enhance existing development processes
Measure and verify that new and old code has acceptable performance and scalability
Maintain ownership of the projects assigned
Consistently meet project deadlines

Qualifications

Requirements:

3 - 5 years of Delphi and C# programming experience
3+ years of experience in general software development methodologies
3+ years of direct experience in SQL Server
Strong experience designing and developing database applications with TSQL.
Strong understanding of IIS/Webservice.
3+ years experience with .NET required
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, ASP, is required. AJAX, Silverlight, MS Entity Framework is a plus.

Ability to understand and start projects quickly
Team-oriented experience highly desired
Attention to detail
Very good oral and written communication skills.
