Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer support environment

  • Experience handling inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer tools (email, chat platforms, web applications)

  • Experience working to KPIs or targets in a customer support or call center setting
