Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of experience in a call center or customer support environment

Experience handling inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email

Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer tools (email, chat platforms, web applications)

Experience working to KPIs or targets in a customer support or call center setting
