About the Role

As a Call Center Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of customer interaction refllects our core values: Service, Integrity, and Excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound calls from new and existing customers
• Scheduling service appointments accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrating empathy and professionalism with every interaction
• Educating customers on our services, including membership plans
• Making outbound calls to support appointment setting and customer follow-up
• Meeting performance goals around call quality, bookings, and customer satisfaction

We’ll provide thorough training and coaching to ensure you feel confident and supported from day one.

Compensation & Perks

• $18.00 hourly pay plus weekly bonus payouts(Top representatives are earning $200–$1,000+ weekly in bonuses)
• Weekly pay
• Flexible scheduling, we are seeking day, midday & evening schedule
