Qualifications

Must enjoy working with others and are motivated by developing yourself and your co-workers. To succeed in the role, you must :

• Must be a B.Sc Agriculture graduate and have 2 years of experience.
• Have decent Excel skills.
• Be fair, empathetic and authentic in your leadership
• Be a strong team player with strong decision-making skills and the capacity to influence
• Have strong communication skills and embrace working in a global environment, while connecting the global perspectives and the local realities
