Call Center/Receptionist

Our customer is hiring for the following role:

Job Summary:
Euro Motors seeking a professional and motivated Call Centre/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and handling administrative tasks to support our operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information to callers regarding company services and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and service delivery.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; additional certification in office management or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call centre or receptionist role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer software, including MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
