The Role: Campaign Coordinator
As a **Campaign Coordinator , you’ll be the _ driver of campaign delivery excellence **_. You’ll work at the intersection of clients and internal multi-channel team — ensuring campaigns are planned, organized, and executed seamlessly.
You’ll be working with a pod of **multi-channel Strategists, Media Buyers, Creatives, and Copywriters **, while also engaging directly with clients. If you’re highly organized, detail-obsessed, and thrive when everyone’s aligned and moving forward — this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
Your roles and responsibilities are broken down into, but are not limited to:
- Facilitate daily team huddles.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery — from brief to launch — ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Act as the primary information hub — capturing client requests, joining calls, cascading updates, and ensuring follow-through until completion.
- Manage campaign calendars, approvals, and workflows across multiple channels.
- Proactively identify roadblocks and solve them before they become bottlenecks.
- Participate in department meetings, workshops, and 1:1 coaching sessions.
- Continuously look for ways to raise the bar for campaign delivery.

- Campaigns launch on time and without last-minute chaos.
- Clients feel confident and informed thanks to clear, timely communication.
- The team feels organized, aligned, and focused on delivering results.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Flexible to work in sync with AUSTRALIA time zones.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently.
- Open to feedback and motivated to keep improving.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
- Experience with **ClickUp (or similar), G-Suite, Meta Business Manager, Shopify **.
- Solid background in **Campaign or Project Management and Client-Facing Communications **.
- Intermediate understanding of eCommerce advertising & multi-channel marketing (Meta, Google, Email, TikTok).
- Bonus: Experience with Scrum-Sprint or agile workflows.
- Prior experience in a **remote team or agency environment **.
- Reliable, fast internet with backup.
